A holistic, person-centred approach supports individuals seeking personal growth and wellbeing, athletes and coaches aiming to improve performance, and teams or organisations focused on culture, leadership, wellbeing, and positive change.

Ryan brings 8.5 years of experience as a serving police officer, including time working as a detective, alongside roles in government across a range of settings, including forensic services and wellbeing consultancy.

With a background in competitive sport as a former semi-professional soccer player, footballer, and cricketer, Ryan understands the demands athletes and coaches face. Examples include wellbeing consultancy work with the men’s and women’s programs at the Kingborough Tigers and Lions, including the 2023 statewide premiership season, supporting individual athletes and coaches.

Ryan holds a degree in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced), a Diploma of Counselling, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology (Sport and Exercise Psychology).

Group Workshops and Training

Ryan delivers practical workshops and training for groups, teams, and organisations. Sessions focus on wellbeing, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, performance, and building strong culture and connection.

Workshops are designed to be engaging, relevant, and grounded in real world, evidence-based practice.

Content is tailored to the audience and context, whether working with community groups, sporting teams, or organisations. Sessions can be delivered face to face or online and adapted to suit specific goals, environments, and time frames.

Workshops may be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of a broader development program.
