How Coaching Can Support PerformancePerformance isn’t just physical. How you think, respond, and recover matters. A coach supports athletes, professionals, and individuals to manage pressure, build focus, and perform with greater confidence and consistency. Support may include developing strategies to handle pressure, work through setbacks, manage stress, strengthen emotional regulation and resilience, and improve self care and communication. Working with a coach provides space to reflect, build awareness, and develop practical tools that support both wellbeing and performance in sport, work, and everyday life. | |
Fees | Individual coaching sessions are $150 for a one hour appointment. Workshops, training, and organisational work are priced on a per request basis, depending on scope and delivery format. If you have any questions about fees or would like to discuss options, please get in touch. |
How Do Online Appointments Work? | After you book an appointment, Ryan will send a confirmation email with a link to the online meeting room. At the scheduled time, simply click the link to join the session. Before your first session, Ryan will also email a consent and payment form to be completed in advance.
